4. SMS/Text Messaging
If you choose to sign in via SMS, we will send one-time verification codes to the phone number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing messages via SMS.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with service providers (e.g., Twilio for SMS delivery) and your display name and statistics are visible on the public leaderboard.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account information and game statistics for as long as your account is active. Verification codes are automatically expired after 10 minutes.
8. Your Rights
You may access your information, update your display name through your profile settings, request deletion of your account, or opt out of SMS communications by using email verification instead.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our Service is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
