By accessing or using the Six-5 Society Backgammon League application (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service is a backgammon league management platform that allows users to create accounts, join game rooms, record match results, and view player rankings and statistics.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the security of your account, accept responsibility for all activities under your account, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. SMS Verification
By providing your phone number and selecting SMS verification, you consent to receive text messages from us containing one-time verification codes. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by choosing email verification instead.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, impersonate any person or entity, submit false or misleading match results, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, or use automated systems or bots to access the Service.
6. Game Results and Rankings
Match results recorded through the Service are final once submitted. Rankings are calculated automatically based on recorded results. We reserve the right to modify or remove results that appear fraudulent or erroneous.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Six-5 Society Backgammon League and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Six-5 Society Backgammon League shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
